Susquehanna, PA - The Town Susquhanna, PA is a quaint, rural town that sits 23 miles southeast of Binghamton on the north border of Pennsylvania. Mostly known for is Pennsylvania bluestone quarries, the town is surrounded by forest-covered mountainside along the Susquehanna River.
