About McKinney - Company Philosophy
McKinney Real Estate is a locally owned independent real estate company. Founded by Mary Kay McKinney, our team is a dynamic force in the local real estate market. Mary Kay decided to start a real estate organization that incorporated her values and beliefs. and put into action the principals and professionalism that made her a Top Producer.
McKinney Real Estate is not associated with a major franchise. “I wanted the freedom to conduct business in the manner that I felt would be most beneficial to my clients. I didn’t want my decisions to be influenced by corporate management”. I wanted a small group of successful, real estate professionals who abide by the REALTOR Code of Ethics and who put the interests of their clients first.
As the reputation of McKinney Real Estate has grown, so has the company. The company has over 50 agents and 3 locations to better serve our clientele. Our main office is at 21 South Washington Street, Binghamton. Additionally the company has satellite offices at Mountain View Plaza in Hallstead, PA and at 35 Genesee St, in historic Greene, NY.
As the company is growing, so is our production. Sales for the first quarter of 2008 are up over 300% from the same period last year and our listing inventory has increased over 200%.
